Headspace is Calling for Passionate Leaders!

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey with Headspace, the dynamic Christian discipleship program that's about to make a comeback in 2024?

Headspace isn't just a gap year programme; it's a life-changing experience designed to prepare young adults (18-25 years) for a life of mission. We believe in cultivating a deep connection with God, empowering individuals to own their spiritual practices, embracing diverse cultures, and fostering a broader perspective of mission as a service to life.

Our journey began in 2006, offering school leavers a unique opportunity to understand themselves, delve into the Bible's teachings, gain work experience, and explore the world. Although we temporarily pressed pause in 2021 due to the challenges posed by COVID, Headspace is making a powerful comeback in 2024 to meet the crucial needs of our youth.

Now, we're on the lookout for passionate individuals or even dynamic married couples to take the reins as Headspace Coordinators. This pivotal role involves leading, organising, and running the Headspace Gap Year programme, overseeing all aspects of its delivery. Download the full job description for the nitty-gritty details.

If you have a burning passion for guiding young adults to discover God's purpose in their lives, if you're eager to impart Biblical understanding, holistic life skills, and practical tools necessary for living out God's mission, then you could be the perfect addition to our team. The Headspace model is all about a balance – transforming minds and hearts, instilling practical life and ministry skills, and fostering life-changing connections with others.

If the idea of being part of this incredible journey resonates with you, I'd love to chat further. Your unique perspective and enthusiasm could be exactly what Headspace needs to make a lasting impact.
